How do I volunteer

As with any co-operative, our success depends on the work and support of our members. If you are interested in being involved there are many ways to volunteer!

Working Groups

In order to achieve some of our goals in the community we have several working groups devoted to certain projects:

Your talents can contribute to co-op success

Health Education Committee

Ensure that VCHC works with other co-ops and similar community groups in working towards health and wellness of Victorians.

Co-op Policies

Ensure that VCHC has policies that cover the operation and development of programs and services according to our collective vision.

Business

Develop and maintain a business plan, which allows VCHC to remain successful from both financial and functional perspectives.

Human Resources

Ensure that VCHC is staffed by a team that works together in a healthy and skillful manner that furthers our vision and supports our programming.

Victoria Health and Wellness Virtual Resource Centre

This is an initiative to create and assemble a comprehensive database of Victoria based resources related to health and wellness that is easy to access and navigate. We hope to have a physical resource center grow from this.
