What's New?

Our own, Mark Sherman will be on hand to offer integrative medicine consultations and Julie Forman is back. Julie is a pharmacist with a wealth of knowledge about natural supplements as well as pharmaceuticals. She works at two PharmaSave locations, View Royal and Cook Street. These stores are part of the Bob Mehr compounding pharmacies, a VCHC partner company. If you would like to talk to her about the medications you are taking, how they interact with each other and some alternative options you can explore to support your wellness, make an appointment for a 30 minute consultation with Julie.

The Feldenkrais group class starts at 10:30 a.m. and because of room size we only have 4 spaces, so please call to register.
