What's New

At the Community Wellness Clinic this month, we have two new practitioners to work with you. Gregg Turner will be offering magnetic therapeutic massage. Yes, that's massage but enhanced with a magnetic roller. Wonderful release for a sore, stiff back.

And, Co-op member Julie Forman is a pharmacist with a wealth of knowledge about natural supplements as well. She works at the View Royal and Cook Street PharmaSaves, a couple of the Bob Mehr compounding pharmacies, a VCHC partner company. If you would like to talk to her about the medications you are taking, how they interact with each other and some alternative options you can explore to support your wellness, make an appointment for a 30 minute consultation with Julie.

The Feldenkrais group class is back this month by popular demand starting at !0:30 a.m. Space is very limited, so please call to register.

You owe it to yourself to take care of yourself. If you don't take care of your body, where are you going to live?

See you at the clinic!
